Having recently moved to my own place for the first time, the thought of trying out bonsai-making passed my mind at some point (before being overwhelmed by the discovery that I suck at buying furniture). Do you have any resources you would recommend for an apartment-dweller that would like to get into it?
Thank you for your answer. I mean instructional material, indeed. A book, for example, that does not assume that you have a full bonsai nursery on a greenhouse, and is willing to walk the reader through the basics.
Thanks - there are so many books on bonsai and I can't say any were really helpful to me when I started. I have many. Much more effective in my view is a monthly low-level subscription to the master tutorials at bonsai mirai. A book may be more pleasing but give it a go and see, but look at the archive titles, to be sure to focus on ones more basic at first. https://live.bonsaimirai.com/

Do you mean instructional material or the bonsai material? Cheers

It seems pricey, but I understand why videos might be way better than books. I'll take a look, thank you!
